Good News Bar opened its doors in Summer 2025 on Park Blvd & is proudly, San Diego's first non-alcoholic bar.

Our name is inspired by Mac Miller’s song “Good News”, honoring his legacy after his tragic passing from an overdose. It brings awareness to addiction & mental health, yet carries a message of hope. We want people to feel seen, supported & reminded that even in dark times, good news is possible.

We provide a welcoming & inclusive, safe space for our community to unwind with a clear mind in a positive & alcohol-free environment.

Our menu includes a seasonal & rotating collection of free-spirited & functional cocktails, non-alcoholic beer & dealcoholized wines.

We have something for everyone, ranging from zero percent ABV & non-alcoholic spirit replacements to kava & hemp-derived CBD.

Nestled inside you will also find a bottleshop with a curated collection of our favorite NA brands, cold cans to go, as well as locally made, sustainable & gender-free clothing from Ality Designs.
